8th mar 11 : NEW WEBSITE!

At last! I’ve finished and uploaded the new site. It’s taken what seems like forever to get it done since I took it offline about a year or so ago. It’s been a while in the making but I think it’s easily the best version of the site so far. Hope you like the design, it’s taken time to consider a fresh layout that gives the images a clean backdrop and is simple to navigate.

I’ve been busy working on a lot of projects over the last 12 months some are on the new site and some need polishing off before I add them. Any avid followers out there will know I’ve been brushing up my coding skills over the last year, this site is one of the few I have been working on as I’ve been developing my understanding of html and CSS styling. I’m hoping the site will be bug free but nobody is perfect so drop me an email if anything is astray and I shall attempt to iron out the creases.

I’ve made the site as accessible to update as possible so I have no excuse not to keep it updated. I’m hoping on being able to add more functionality to the site as time goes on and my coding skills develop.

The photography section is a new addition, though I’m no master at the art of capturing the perfect image I really like the selection of images I’ve added to the site and wanted to get them out for the world to see. I’ve a number of other images to process and add to this area but my trusty old mac isn’t quite what she used to be and is struggling with the size of the images my new Nikon D7000 produces. A new macbook pro is on the cards sometime in the future so that should help with the work flow when finances allow.
